Marlene Pieterse has more than 25 year experience in the property selling environment after working at different agencies in Plattekloof, Panorama, and Kleinbosch before moving to Pinehurst, in 2000 with the development of the Pinehurst suburb in Durbanville when her agency partnership introduced this Garden Cities development to the market. Whereafter she established, Sari & Marlene Real Estate with her parner Sari du Plessis, focusing on the sales in the Pinehurst, when Garden Cities moved to direct property sales of the development, from their own sales office. Marlene joined Predawn Property as full time master property practioner in 2016, still focussing on the Pinehurst real estate sales and rental market.
